    Massive and efficient electrostatic absorption surface:
    the treatment result is straightly rely on the area of electrostatic absorption surface, we apply 2-stage HV electrostatic design for this system, the efficient absorption surface up to ≤1250m2/100,000 m3 flue gas.

    Low operating power of the system:
    The optimized pre-treatment process is adopted to ensure that the dust concentration before entering the electrostatic is as low as possible, and at the same time reduce the load of high-voltage electrostatic system and the overall operating power, only about 60kw for each 100,000 m3 of flue gas.

    Reasonable water-gas ratio and wind speed: 

    Adopted reasonable liquid-gas ratio to improve pre-treatment effect, adopted plate type anode structure to decrease pressure loss of the system, the overall pressure loss can be lower than 300pa.

    Qualified materials and excellent manufacturing: 

    duplex stainless steel 32001 material is applied for all parts that in contact with water and gas, compare with SUS304 duplex stainless steel 32001 has much better performance on anti-corrosion and with much higher physical strength. Duplex stainless steel 2205 is applied for whole set of anode plate and cathode electrode of WESP unit. Good materials are selected for the purpose of avoiding electrochemical corrosion and pitting problem, so as to guarantee the long-term stable operation. All stainless steels are subject to acid washing and passivation treatment, so as to highly enhance their corrosion resistance and lifetime.

    Highly integrated system configuration: 

    This unit has been highly integrated configured, for site work, only a concrete foundation needs to be built for this unit, since the circulation water tank is made of stainless steel, so no need extra water pond and so on civil works. Circulation water tank, electrical control system, dosing unit and water pumps are all installed inside the tower body of this unit, so the unit has a neat appearance and easy to maintain clean.

    High degree of modularity: 

    The precipitator and its internal structure are designed and manufactured in modules, and only assembled and welded on site to minimize the production workload and ensure the overall accuracy and performance of the equipment.

    Impeccable security hidden trouble elimination scheme: 

    Set up the corresponding treatment plan in all places where there may be security risks. Equipped with multi-point temperature sensor interlock, back flush filter, electrostatic field spark detection system, to ensure clean and perfect program control of electrostatic field (multi-point automatic switch), mechanical interlocking system to ensure personal safety.

    Effective contingency plan: 

    Equipped with automatic emergency water system (fire protection system), abnormal emergency system of compressed air system and abnormal emergency system of power failure (UPS power supply), and the corresponding treatment plan is set for possible external anomalies.

    Energy conservation of heat recovery system: 

    The waste heat of exhaust gas can be recovered from 1.0 to 5.0MW/h, and the heat energy can be used for hot water in the factory, heating in the factory building, and heating primary wind, etc.

    PH automatic balancing system for circulation water: 

    alkaline solution is added for improving circulation work quality and assure the cleanness of anode and cathode of WESP unit. Because the overall water quality of circulation work will become weak acid after it is been circulated for a certain time, in order to achieve longer lifetime of this unit, an in-line PH testing device is installed for monitoring, and adjust PH value by dosing of alkaline solution. In the meanwhile, in view of the adhesiveness of the particles in the gas, and the negative influence caused by the dust adhered onto the anode plates, so hot alkaline solution will be used for flushing the anode plates, so as to maintain the anode plates clean.

    Automatic firefighting system: 

    In consideration of the possible sparks in tail gas of particle board production, a emergency sprinkling system is applied for safety purpose.


    Self-cleaning of the unit: 

    The anode is designed as plate type, which is good to assuring high-effective and stable operation of this unit. Plate type anode has longer term and stabler performance on absorbing dust and particles when compare with honeycomb anode. Furthermore, the dust on the anode plate is easy to be flushed away, so as to avoid the clogging WESP unit, no need periodically shutdown for manually flushing.
